Colorbond Steel
Our louvre panels are crafted from folded Colorbond Steel, proudly made in Australia and backed by a BHP Warranty. Unlike aluminium, which can distort in temperatures above 41°C, Colorbond is seven times stronger, ensuring long-lasting performance in even the toughest conditions. The panels are fully waterproof and feature high-density foam insulation for additional strength and condensation prevention.
Solar Powered
The solar-powered louvre system comes with a battery backup, eliminating the need for an electrician during installation. Our drive system, which is covered by warranty, includes a rain sensor, remote control, cyclonic-rated wind sensor, sun tracker, and mobile phone app for seamless control. The motor is positioned beneath the louvres to protect it from the elements, ensuring reliable performance.
Precision Design
Our louvre panels are designed for ease of installation, with computer-punched support rails, stainless steel control bars, and pre-punched screw holes for perfect alignment. The Metroll 150 High Beam design allows for impressive spanning capabilities while maintaining a lightweight framing structure. The internal tapered gutter system is also simple to install, requiring no special tools like tin snips or riveters.
Sustainable
We take sustainability seriously, packing each louvre order in recyclable cardboard crates. Our louvre roofs are compliant with open space regulations for site coverage, making them a smart choice for outdoor living spaces across Australia.
